My name is Kate! I graduated from Wisconsin School of Massage Therapy. I enjoy helping clients reduce stress, feel relaxed, and get relief from their symptoms. I let you customize your massage experience. Want to pick the music? Table warmer on, off, low, medium, high? Focus on relaxation today? Need work on tense shoulders, neck, and back? Would you like time for scalp and foot work? You can talk as much or as little as you like during the session. Some people love to chat while some people prefer silence. Don’t want a certain area worked on? No problem I have many clients who prefer upper body or back only. I can also give a massage where you are fully clothed if that is more comfortable for you. I want to create an experience where you feel safe, seen, heard, and know that you are cared for. By booking an appointment, you acknowledge and agree to these policies: 1. Late policy- please arrive on time if your massage is scheduled at 10 AM please arrive at 10 AM. If you arrive late your session time will not be extended and that time will come out of your session. Be mindful of the therapists time and clients who may be scheduled within 10 minutes before or after your appointment. The full service price will still apply. 2. Cancelation policy- please only schedule a session time you know you can commit and follow through with. Please give 48 hours notice if needing to cancel. 3. Cancellations Made Within 48 Hours: Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled appointment time will be charged 100% non-refundable cancellation fee. The full cost of the scheduled service will be charged to the card on file. 4. No-Show Fee: Failing to show up without notice results in a 100% non-refundable charge or full service fee billed to a card on file. 5. Sexual jokes, requests, and behaviors have a zero tolerance policy. Do not attempted to solicit or sexually harass massage therapists. Such behavior may be reported and will result in immediate termination of the session with payment due in full. 6. Clients must be 18 years of age or older to receive massage therapy services. By booking an appointment, you confirm that you are 18 years of age or older. 7. The therapist reserves the right to request a valid government-issued photo ID to verify identity at any time. If a client is unable or unwilling to provide requested identification, the therapist reserves the right to decline or cancel the appointment.Business Hours

Cancellation Policy
